Telua (also spelled Telura) is a young orphan from Nelphia. Little is known of her past, but she lives in the group home with Toale and the other children. She first appears in episode 5 of the anime and is voiced by Kaori Mizuhashi. Her first appearance in the novels is in Volume 2 - The Destined Three-Legged Race when Ryner and Ferris first come to Nelphia. Later in the anime, she may have also been the girl who brought some pie to Toale and told him some gossip.
